Our physical therapy services are provided by licensed physical therapists and physical therapist assistants operating under the laws of New York State. The principal office of Dynamic Physical Therapy Services PC is located at 43-43 Kissena Blvd, Suite 110, Flushing, NY 11355.

Permitted Use
